Revelstoke IFSA Qualifier 4*

  • Working for Revelstoke Mountain Resort, I produced and promoted the 2022, 2023, and 2024 IFSA Qualifier 4* events, approved by the IFSA.

    As the event organizer I was ultimately responsible for adhering to and following all safety protocol and guidelines outlined and established by the IFSA.

Shambhala Music Festival

  • As the Artist Relations Manager, I manage complex logistics ensuring seamless artist experiences. In my role, I oversee 5 key departments: hospitality, transportation, artist liaisons, concierge, and site operations, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly.

    One of my key responsibilities is coordinating with over 200 artists to ensure their performance requirements and contracts are met. This involves detailed planning and communication to ensure that artists have everything they need for their performances.

    I also work closely with production and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of artist performances. This includes coordinating sound checks, stage setups, and any other technical requirements to ensure that artists can perform at their best.

    In addition to managing the logistics of artist performances, I also cultivate relationships with artists, agents, and managers to secure future festival lineups. This involves maintaining open lines of communication, understanding the needs and preferences of artists, and negotiating contracts to secure top talent for future events.

  • As the Event Manager for Casey Brown's Dark Horse Invitational, I orchestrated a truly unique experience. My role involved overseeing all aspects of the event, from initial planning to on-site execution.

YETI Natural Selection Tour at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

  • As the Events Manager at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, I played a pivotal role in hosting the 2023 and 2024 YETI Natural Selection Tour.

    My responsibilities spanned from initial planning to on-site management, ensuring the smooth execution of this prestigious event. I focused on enhancing partnerships by collaborating closely with brands such as YETI, Red Bull, Rivian, ARC'TERYX, Oakley, BCA, and more, to fulfill their activation needs and strengthen relationships.

    Additionally, I coordinated the daily apres parties presented by Red Bull, the daily happy hour presented by ARC'TERYX, and the closing party presented by ARC'TERYX, creating unforgettable experiences for attendees and sponsors alike.

The Alberta Electronic Music Conference (AEMCON)

  • During my tenure as the Production, Content & Media Coordinator at AEMCON, I was instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy and communications plan. This included managing blog content, crafting engaging newsletter campaigns, and creating impactful social media copy.

    I also led the hiring process for the media team, carefully selecting photographers and videographers to provide comprehensive coverage of the festival. I created detailed shot lists to ensure the team captured the event's essence and key moments.

    Additionally, I implemented a robust media management system to streamline workflows and ensure content delivery. My focus on fulfilling sponsor requirements helped maximize their visibility and impact throughout the event. I ensured compliance with sponsor and partner requirements, guaranteeing a seamless and successful partnership experience.

    Furthermore, I played a key role in artist management, pitching artists, advancing their needs, and scheduling their content, contributing to the overall success and vibrancy of the event.
